DIVISION BACKGROUND
- Human Resource Management Division consists of 28 employees with a fraction of 12 employees of the management and professional group and 16 employees of the support group.
- There are four (4) units in the HRM Division as follows:
- Services Unit;
- Organization Development and HRMIS Unit;
- Training and Counselling Unit; and
- Coordination and Recognition Unit.

VISION
- To make human resource management division as an efficient and competent human resource manager.
MISSION
- Manage and develop MPIC human resources toward excellence through improved competence.
OBJECTIVES
- To ensure the creation of an effective organizational structure and productive management of human resources.
FUNCTION AND ROLE
- To plan and manage human resource needs and services of KPK staff and Agencies.
- Implement staffing studies and provide recommendations on KPK and Agency restructuring.
- To plan and manage Nomination Committee Meetings for the appointment of the Director General / Deputy Director General of the Agency and the Chief Executive Officer of the Council and Training Institute under the KPK.
- To provide counseling services and intervention programmed through AKRAB to KPK and Agency staff.
- Planning, implementing and monitoring the Training Operations Plan (POL) for KPK staff.
- Implement and monitor the HRMIS system based on 19 elements of the evaluation of HRMIS KPI for KSU.

- Malaysian Palm Oil Board(MPOB)
- Malaysian Rubber Board(LGM)
- Malaysian Timber Industry Board(MTIB)

- Malaysian Cocoa Board(LKM)
- National Kenaf and Tobacco Board(LKTN)
