The Rubber Industry Development Division (GET) plays a strategic role in safeguarding the continuity and competitiveness of the national rubber sector through its functions of planning, coordination, implementation and monitoring of industry development initiatives.

The organisational structure of GET comprises three core units:

Policy, Market Strengthening and International Unit – drives policy formulation, enhances market positioning, and leads international cooperation and engagement.

Industry Monitoring and Development Unit – ensures effective programme delivery through comprehensive monitoring while supporting sustainable industry growth.

Communications and Property Unit – manages strategic stakeholder engagement and oversees efficient, high-impact property management.

Formulating and implementing strategic initiatives for the development of the rubber industry, ensuring alignment with national priorities and delivering high-impact outcomes.

Coordinating, evaluating, and monitoring the effectiveness of policies, strategies, programmes, and development models to enhance the competitiveness and sustainability of the rubber industry at both domestic and global levels.

Managing and resolving administrative, property, and support service matters in a professional and coordinated manner to ensure smooth operations and strengthen service efficiency for government agencies related to the rubber industry.
